Guidelines for Visitors
We value your family and friends and recognize that they are an important part of your recovery process.
- For the comfort and safety of all our patients, we request you to limit the number of visitors and visit only during designated visiting hours.
- Visitor access may be restricted depending on a patient’s medical condition and/or special care requirements.
- At the time of admission, visitor and attendant passes will be issued. Please ensure these passes are displayed at all times within the hospital premises. In case of loss, contact the Concierge Desk at the hospital’s main entrance.
- Visits by children under 12 years of age are not permitted on patient floors to prevent the spread of infections.
- Please sanitize your hands before and after visiting the patient.
- Use of mobile phones is restricted near critical care areas and medical equipment. Please observe all signage related to mobile phone usage. In approved areas, speak softly to avoid disturbing other patients.
